The main goal of the Foundation is to popularize the Russian language, which is a national heritage of Russia and an important element of Russian and world culture, and to support programs for studying the Russian language both in the Russian Federation and abroad, including our Republic. The activities of the Russian World Cabinet are aimed at popularizing the Russian language and culture, supporting their study programs. By the decision of the Academic Council of the Pridnestrovian State University named after T.G. Shevchenko, on the basis of Order No. 279-OD dated January 31, 2018, the Scientific and Educational Center was opened in the Rybnitsa branch, and on the basis of Order No. 46 dated March 29, 2018 the Russian World Office was opened. On February 12, 2018, the opening ceremony of the Russian World Office took place at the branch of the Pridnestrovian State University named after T.G. Shevchenko in Rybnitsa with the participation of the Rector of the PSU, Professor Beril
The activities of the Russian World Office are systematic and functional. The Russian World Office is completed with printed materials donated from the Russian World Foundation according to the main thematic blocks: • “Culture and Art”, • “Science”, • “Education”, • “The Russian language”, • “History”, • “Social studies”, • “Modern Russia”.  On December 26, 2018, the chief specialist-expert of the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in the Republic of Moldova Nikolay V. Zhuravlev visited the Scientific and Educational Center of the Rybnitsa branch of the PSU named after T.G. Shevchenko. During his visit, the guest donated 34 copies of books on history, language and literature of Russia for the use of the Russian World Office, which are used in the educational process by students and teachers of the branch, as well as representatives of the urban community.  Everyone has the opportunity to visit the Russian World Office, choose the literature of interest from the main thematic blocks: “Culture and Art”, “Literature”, “Dictionaries and Encyclopedias”, “The Russian language”, “History”, “Society”, “Modern Russia” and work with it in the office. BOOKS OF THE RUSSIAN WORLD OFFICE Russian literature influences not only the spirituality of the Russian people, but also the formation of culture and art throughout the world. The originality and depth of Russian literature is also known in other countries, because it made an invaluable contribution to the history of the world literary process. Russian literature has never been nationally closed, on the contrary - Russian writers have always brought up genius universal human issues in their works. These issues remain eternal for the world literature. But the important thing is how they did it.After all, the works by Russian classics are imbued with humanity and the spirit of freedom, detailed psychologism and the most thorough study of the human soul.

The Russian World Foundation (link to https://russkiymir.ru/education2/) makes it possible to remotely use programs for the study of the Russian language and culture based on progressive methods and programs: Innovative educational resource „Our Russian” It is created on the basis of the innovative educational resource “Our Russian” for teaching the Russian language at various educational levels. The system “Our Russian” is built on the principle of a multilevel terminological glossary with traced generic, thematic and didactic trajectories. The system “Our Russian”provides four levels of education: basic (corresponds to grades 5-9), advanced (corresponds to grades 10-11), professional (corresponds to 1-4 undergraduate courses), advanced training (corresponds to post-university education). The system allows you to obtain information on 12 thematic areas, including dialectology, history of the Russian language, lexicology and lexicography, morphemics and word formation, morphology, syntax, Old Church Slavonic, phonetics, etc. Project „Professor of the Russian World” The program is designed to systematize the work of sending Russian specialists abroad at the invitation of their foreign partners and to organize the teaching of the Russian language and other subjects in the field, giving preference to the most important and effective projects. Project „Children-Bilinguals” The project functions with the help of online games with Russian educational content. These games are aimed at teaching the Russian language to children and adults who do not speak or poorly speak Russian, as well as an auxiliary teaching material for those students whose native language is Russian. Project „Dictionaries” It is created on the basis of an integrated lexicographic database, which unites the vocabularies of the most complete and authoritative dictionaries of the Russian language, such as the Dictionary of the Modern Russian Language, the Dictionary of the Russian Language, the Big Explanatory Dictionary of the Russian Language by S. A. Kuznetsova, the Explanatory Dictionary of Foreign Words by L. P. Krysin, the Explanatory Dictionary of the Russian Language at the beginning of the XXI century, the Actual vocabulary by G.N. Sklyarevskaya and other linguistic and terminological sources. The database contains more than 200,000 vocables, about 4,700 set expressions and 4,300 phraseological units; the functioning of each lexical unit is confirmed by contexts (over 280 million word tokens). Project „100 books” Books from the list of „100 books” should be read by every graduate of a Russian school who will be able to demonstrate their knowledge and their worldview in realizing an active life position, developing and implementing social and cultural projects that are significant for themselves and society, including participation in olympiads and competitions. The materials of the project, the developed list of „100 books” can be used in professional development programs for teachers of the Russian language and literature. With the help of the Cultural Space, you can visit any network resource that will allow you to get acquainted with the diversity of Russian culture, i.e. literature, music, painting, theater performances, films, museum collections, etc. You can use virtual space to attend public events.
