 General Characteristics of the Training Program 44.03.01 “Teacher Education” the specialization in “Fine Arts” (qualification (degree) “bachelor”)   

I. SCOPE OF THE APPLICATION
1.1. This Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education (FSES HE) is a set of requirements that are mandatory when implementing  basic bachelor’s degree programs in the training program 44.03.01 “Teacher Education” by educational institutions of higher education (higher educational institutions, universities) on the territory of the Russian Federation that have state accreditation.

II. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM
The standard period of study is 4 years (internal study mode), 5 years (external study mode), the total labor intensity of the Basic Educational Program (in credits) is 240. One credit unit corresponds to 36 academic hours.

III. CHARACTERISTICS OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF BACHELORS
3.1. The field of professional activity of bachelors includes education, social sphere, culture.
3.2. The objects of professional activity of bachelors are training, upbringing, development, educational systems.
3.3. A Bachelor in the field of the  training program 44.03.01 “Teacher Education” is preparing for the following types of professional activity:
- pedagogical;
- cultural and educational;
- scientific research.
3.4. A Bachelor in the field of training program 44.03.01 “Teacher Education” must solve the following professional tasks in accordance with the types of professional activity:
in the field of pedagogical activity:
- studying the opportunities, needs, achievements of students in the field of education and designing individual routes of their education, upbringing, development based on the results obtained;
- organization of training and education in the field of education using technologies that correspond to the age characteristics of students and reflect the specifics of the subject area;
- organization of interaction with public and educational organizations, children’s groups and parents to solve problems in the professional activity;
- using the opportunities of the educational environment to ensure the quality of education, including usage of information technologies;
- implementation of professional self-education and personal growth, design of further educational route and professional career;
in the field of cultural and educational activities:
- study and formation of needs of children and adults in cultural and educational activities;
- organization of cultural space;
- development and implementation of cultural and educational programs for various social groups;
- popularization of the professional field of knowledge of the society.

IV. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE STRUCTURE OF MASTERING THE BASIC EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS OF THE BACHELOR’S DEGREE
The graduate must have the following general cultural competencies:
- possession of culture of thinking, an ability to generalize analysis, perception
- willingness to use the basic methods, techniques and means of obtaining, storing and processing information, willingness to work with a computer as a means of information management;
- an ability to work with information in global computer networks.
The graduate must have the following professional competencies:
- awareness of social significance of their future profession
- an ability to use systematized theoretical and practical knowledge of the humanities, social and economic sciences upon solving social and professional tasks;
-- proficiency in the basics of speech professional culture;
- an ability to prepare and edit texts of professional and socially significant content.
- in the field of pedagogical activity:
- an ability to develop and implement curricula of basic courses in various educational institutions;
- an ability to solve problems of education and spiritual and moral development of students’ personalities;-
- willingness to apply modern methods and technologies, methods of diagnosing students’ achievements to ensure the quality of the educational process;
- an ability to provide pedagogical support for the processes of socialization and professional self-determination of students, preparing them for a conscious choice of profession;
- an ability to use opportunities of the educational environment to form universal types of educational activities and ensure the quality of the educational process;
- willingness to interact with students, parents, colleagues, social partners;
- an ability to organize the cooperation of students, to maintain activity and initiative, independence of students, their creative abilities.

General characteristics of the training program 54.03.01 “Design” the specialization in “Design” (qualification (degree) “bachelor”)

I. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This Federal State Educational Standard of higher education is a set of requirements that are mandatory when implementing basic bachelor’s degree programs in the field of the training program 54.03.01 “Design” by educational institutions of higher education.

II. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM
The standard period of study is 4 years (internal study mode), the total labor intensity of the Basic Educational Program (in credits) is 240. One credit unit corresponds to 36 academic hours.

III. CHARACTERISTICS OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF BACHELORS
3.1. The field of professional activity of the bachelor is a type of creative activity for forming an aesthetically expressive subject-spatial environment, integrating artistic, engineering, scientific and pedagogical activities aimed at creating and improving highly aesthetic, competitive domestic products that contribute to the development of the economy, improving the level of culture and life of the population.
3.2. The objects of professional activity of bachelors are holistic aesthetically impressive complexes of the subject environment that meets the practical and spiritual needs of a person (machinery and equipment, vehicles, interiors, printing, consumer goods).
3.3. A Bachelor in the field of the training program 54.03.01 “Design” is preparing for the following types of professional activities: art, design, information technology, management, and teaching.
3.4. A Bachelor in the field of the training program 54.03.01 “Design” must solve the following professional tasks in accordance with the types of professional activity:
- knowledge of the methods of the creative process of designers; execution of search sketches, compositional solutions of design objects; creation of an artistic image;
– possession of practical skills of various types of fine arts and methods of design graphics;
- development and execution of design projects; creation of an original project, an industrial design, a series or an author’s collection, among which there are various types of printing and visual products; means of transport; varieties of costume and household items; creation of artistic subject-spatial complexes; interior design of buildings and structures of various purposes, architectural and spatial environment, landscape design objects;
- knowledge and fundamentals of artistic and industrial production; engineering design; technologies for manufacturing printing products, costumes, means of transport; principles of artistic and technical editing, layout design, computer technology, methods of ergonomics and anthropometry;
- implementation of managerial functions in institutions, organizations, firms, structural divisions engaged in the development of design for all spheres of household, social and industrial human activities; application of the legal and regulatory framework in practice; conducting business negotiations and business correspondence;
- teaching in general education institutions, educational institutions of secondary vocational education and additional education, planning the educational process, performing methodological work, independently lecturing or conducting practical classes.

IV. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE STRUCTURE OF BASIC BACHELOR’S DEGREE PROGRAMS
The graduate must have the following general cultural competencies:
- possession of culture of thinking, an ability to generalize, analyze, perceive information, set goals and choose ways to achieve;
- an ability to logically correctly, argumentatively and clearly perform oral and written speech;
- readiness to cooperate with colleagues, work in a team;
- an ability to find organizational and managerial solutions in non-standard situations and readiness to take responsibility for them;
- an ability to use regulatory legal documents in activities;
- willingness to strive for self-development, improvement of their qualifications and skills;
- an ability to critically assess their strengths and weaknesses, outline ways and choose means of self-improvement;
- awareness of social significance of  the future profession, having a high motivation to perform professional activities;
- an ability to use the basic principles and methods of social, humanitarian and economic sciences when  solving social and professional problems; an ability to analyze socially significant problems and processes;
- readiness for respectful and careful attitude to historical heritage and cultural traditions, tolerant to perceive social and cultural differences;
- an ability to speak one of the foreign languages at a level not lower than spoken;
- awareness of the importance of humanistic values for the preservation and development of modern civilization; readiness to accept moral responsibilities towards the surrounding nature, society, other people and themselves;  
- an ability to use the basic methods of protecting production personnel and the public from possible consequences of accidents, catastrophes, natural disasters;
- awareness of the essence and importance of information in the development of modern society;
- an ability to use the main methods, techniques and means of obtaining, storing, processing information;
- an ability to be focused on the use of methods and means of cognition, training and self-control for intellectual development, improving the cultural level and professional competence, maintaining one’s health, moral and physical self-improvement.
The graduate must have the following professional competencies, and he:
- analyzes and determines the requirements for the design project; makes a detailed specification of the requirements for the design project; is able to synthesize a set of possible solutions to the problem or approaches to the implementation of the design project; scientifically substantiate their proposals;
- owns a drawing, an ability to use drawings in practice of composing and processing them in the direction of designing any object; owns the principles of choosing the technique of execution of a particular drawing; the skills of linear-constructive construction and the basics of academic painting; elementary professional skills of a sculptor; modern font culture; techniques of work in layout and modeling; techniques of working with color and color compositions; methods and technology of classical techniques of easel graphics (engraving, etching, monotopia); the basic rules and principles of typing and layout;
- develops a project idea based on a conceptual, creative approach to solving a design problem; possible techniques for harmonizing forms, structures, complexes and systems; a set of functional, compositional solutions;
- is able to design objects, goods, industrial patterns, collections, complexes, structures, objects, is able to prepare a complete set of documentation on a design project for its implementation, carry out basic economic calculations of the project;
- understands the functions and tasks of institutions and organizations, firms, structural units dealing with design issues; is ready to use regulatory documents in practice;
- focused on teaching in general education institutions, educational institutions of secondary vocational education and additional education, is able to plan the educational process, perform methodological work, independently give lectures or conduct practical classes.

V. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE STRUCTURE OF BASIC BACHELOR’S DEGREE PROGRAMS
5.1. The Basic Educational Program of the bachelor’s degree provides for the study of the following study cycles:
- humanitarian, social and economic cycle;
- general professional cycle;
- professional cycle;
- physical education;
- educational and industrial internship;
- final state certification.
5.2. Each academic cycle has a basic (mandatory) part and an optional (profile), established by the university. The optional (profile) part makes it possible to expand and (or) deepen knowledge, skills and abilities determined by the content of basic (mandatory) disciplines (modules), allows the student to gain in-depth knowledge and skills for successful professional activity and (or) to continue professional education in the master’s degree.

General requirements for the examination work on drawing in the following areas: 44.03.01 “Teacher Eeducation” the specialization in “Fine arts” and 54.03.01 “Design” the specialization in “Design”
Applicants perform a still life from nature, consisting of a plaster rosette and several household items, expressive in shape and texture, different in tone.
The drawing is done in daylight or artificial light. Materials are paper (the size is ½ sheet of paper), a pencil. The time designated for executing the drawing is 6 academic hours.
The requirements for the drawing are as follows:
- to compose a still life on the plane of the sheet;
- to build a linear drawing, convey the proportions of objects and perspective changes in their shape;
- to perform a tonal solution of a still life drawing with the transfer of texture, artificial or daylight lighting.

General requirements for the final examination work in painting in the following areas: 44.03.01 “Teacher Eeducation” the specialization in “Fine arts” and 54.03.01 “Design and art” the specialization in “Design”

Applicants perform from nature a still life of two or four household items, expressive in shape, color, diverse in material and texture, against a background of plain drapery. A still life in a warm or cold scale should consist of a household item of different color saturation.
The task is performed in daylight. Materials are paper (the size is ½ sheet of paper), watercolor. 6 academic hours are designated to complete the task.
The requirements for painting work are as follows:
- to compositionally solve a still life on a sheet of paper;
- to competently build a drawing, convey the shape, color and tonal relationships.   
At the exams in drawing and painting, it is necessary to have paper, drawing pins, erasers, graphite pencils TM, M, 2M (HB, B, 2B), watercolors (preferably produced by the factory “Black River” St. Petersburg), soft round and flat brushes (squirrel, yellow weasel), a water tank.
