OM CHARACTERISTICS
The correspondence department of the PSU named after T. Shevchenko, the branch in Rybnitsa, has been separated as an independent structural unit since September 1, 2007. It was done because of students and specialties increase. Entrants of the correspondence department can pass test examinations for the following specialties: “Organization Management” and “Fine Arts with the additional specialty “Decorative and Applied Arts and Crafts” Preparation of specialists is conducted on a budgetary and contract basis. Specialist’s Qualification is a Manager. The training on this qualification provides training of specialists who are demanded in organizations of economic, industrial and social spheres, management departments of state enterprises and private firms. The specialty “Organization Management” enables students to receive extensive economic, theoretical and practical knowledge to be ready in the future to execute functions which are separated according to an appointment of a manager and his place in the control system. Managers well understand economic and practical activities of a company, financial policy, corporate structure, internal and external processes of an enterprise. Manager’s skills allow to create effective schemes of functioning processes, organizing and controling departments’ work, etc. All interested people who have full or specialized secondary education may become students of the PSU named after T. Shevchenko regardless of their nationality and place of residence. Entrance examinations are on the following subjects: Mathematics, Foreign Language, Official Language. Specialist’s Qualification is a teacher of Fine Arts and Crafts. Creative, teaching, scientific and methodical, educational, cultural and educational, managerial fields are spheres of their professional activity. Entrance examinations are on the following subjects: Drawing, Painting, Official Language. A graduate who has received fine arts teacher qualification is ready to carry out students’ training and education taking into account specifics of the taught subject, promotes socialization, formation of a personality’s culture, a realized choice and the next development of professional educational programs, uses various techniques, methods and means of teaching, provides the level of students’ training which corresponds to the requirements of the State Educational Standard. The training is carried out according to a flexible schedule. A student studies the given training material according to the curriculum, methodical instructions and recommendations, working programs during a semester. Materials are given in the printed form and in some cases on compact discs. The system of the intermediate control provides the execution of term papers, tests, laboratory works etc. The training term according to the correspondence form is 5,5 years. At the end of the training students passed the final certification, receive the state diploma which gives them an opportunity to continue their education at the next level, that is, postgraduate study in specialized directions. |
