The professional field of the graduates who have got their Master’s Degree in the Teacher training program includes education, social sphere, culture.
The objects of Master’s professional activity are teaching, education, development, elimination of illiteracy, educational systems.
A Master in the training program 44.04.01 Teacher Education is preparing for the following kinds of professional activity:
scientific and research; pedagogical; methodical.  
Specific kinds of professional activity that a Bachelor is mostly trained for are determined by the educational institution together with the students, academic staff, and employers’ associations.
A Master in the training program 44.04.01 Teacher Education must do the following professional tasks:
in the sphere of scientific and research activity:
 analysis, systematization and generalization of the scientific research in the field of science and education by applying a set of research methods to solve specific scientific and research problems;
 carrying out and analysis of scientific research results in the sphere of science and education with the use of modern scientific methods and technologies;
in the sphere of pedagogical activity:
 studying students’ abilities, needs and achievements depending upon the level of the educational program that they are undergoing;
 organization of teaching and educational process in the sphere of education with the use of technologies, that reflect the specifics of the subject and correspond to the students’ age and psychophysical peculiarities, as well as their special educational needs;
 organization of cooperation with colleagues, parents, social partners, including foreign ones;
 professional self-education and personal growth;
in the sphere of methodical activity:
 studying and analysis of teachers’ professional and educational needs and possibilities and designing individual methodical support patterns based on the obtained results;
 research, organization and assessment of teachers’ methodical support implementation.
A Master’s degree graduate is ready to teach and educate students with the consideration of the specifics of the taught subject; to contribute to socialization, common personal culture formation, conscious choice and consequent professional degrees’ studies; to use various techniques, methods and learning tools; to provide students’ training level that corresponds to the Federal State Educational Standard of the third generation (FSES 3++).
A Master of the training program 44.04.01 “Teacher Education” has been trained to do the general kinds of professional tasks, to solve typical problems of the professional activity in secondary (complete) education institutions and economic entities, and to continue the education in postgraduate training programs.
