Research work of the department “Automation of technological processes and productions” The Department of Automation of Technological Processes and Productions was established on 01.09.2015 and it is the graduate department. The department conducts the disciplines of the basic part (technical direction) in accordance with the standard training programs for internal and external study mode bachelors and specialists of external study mode. The department has 5 teachers, including 1 associate professor, 3 senior teachers and 1 teacher. In addition to teachers, the educational process is served by a senior laboratory assistant, a laboratory assistant and a specialist of the department. Highly qualified teachers and specialists are employed at the department. The research work of students is carried out within the educational process and during extracurricular time. Among all the forms of organization of this type of activity, a special place is occupied by student circles where students master the methods of cognition and research activities under the guidance of scientific supervisors. Morale building activities of the department teaching staff is carried out according to the calendar and thematic plan and in the working mode when conducting classes with students. Curators of student groups organize various cultural events that take place within the framework of the branch events. The main directions of morale building activities of the department teaching staff are professional, moral, aesthetic, ethical, legal, labor and civil-patriotic education of the individual. 1 student circle “Applied Urban Studies in the urban development and landscaping”, the head of which is Senior Lecturer Zabolotnaya V.V., is being functioned at the department. The research work of students is based on the tasks defined by the Regulations on the Student Scientific society, within the framework of the plan of students’ research work. In order to exchange experience and improve the quality control of teaching, open lectures and practical classes are held, followed by their discussion at the department meetings. The educational and methodological work of the department is organized in accordance with the requirements of the developed documents of the Ministry of Education of the PMR and the PSU named after T.G. Shevchenko. Throughout the year, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Automation of Technological Processes and Productions Zabolotnaya V.V. and Senior Laboratory Assistant Cherbulenko A.V. prepare a plan and report on the department scientific work, analysis of the plan implementation of publications of printed works, etc. The exchange of scientific achievements takes place at conferences, seminars, round tables. As part of the career guidance work, the teaching staff of the department conducts constant work with schools in Rybnitsa and the Rybnitsa district. The continuous participation of employees in educational projects conducted at different levels contributes to the improvement of the qualification and pedagogical skills of teachers. The training of highly qualified scientific, pedagogical and scientific personnel is one of the priority activities of the branch and is carried out through postgraduate studies of leading institutions of other states. Currently, 1 Senior Lecturer is studying at the postgraduate school of the University of Moldova: B.K. Korlyuga. The department has an educational and production laboratory equipped with visual aids, educational equipment, technical means of training, in which educational, optional work with students is carried out, as well as methodological work on disciplines in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the educational process. For the 2020-2021 academic year, the teaching staff of the department published 18 scientific articles in international and regional collections, 11 (RSCI), as well as 2 teaching aids. During the reporting period, the department held: - 1 branch conference, -1 scientific and practical student conference with the participation of representatives of the leading enterprises of Rybnitsa. - 1 scientific and practical seminar, - 1 round table. 2. As part of the career guidance work of the department teaching staff, constant work was carried out with the MEE of Rybnitsa, the Rybnitsa and Kamenka districts with departure to the Kamenka district. 3. The department has an educational and production laboratory equipped with 10 visual aids, appropriate educational equipment. 4. A multimedia office and an educational computer laboratory equipped with laboratory stands have been created and have been functioning at the department. 5. The Department of Automation of Technological Processes and Productions has concluded cooperation agreements with such enterprises as: CJSC “Kamenka Cannery”, JSC “Moldova Steel Works”, CJSC “Rybnitsa Cement Plant”, ISUE “Tirasteploenergo”, the branch in Rybnitsa. The main tasks of the department “Automation of technological processes and production” for the 2021-2022 academic year are: 1. training of qualified personnel in the training program “Automation of Technological Processes and Productions”; 2. conducting scientific and methodological research in accordance with the prospective and current development plans of the department, creating educational and methodological complexes of training programs (specialties) assigned to the department; 3. expansion of scientific and educational forms of work with foreign universities and educational institutions of Rybnitsa; 4. career guidance work of the department; 5. opening of a master’s degree in the training program “Automation of Technological Processes and Productions”; 6. conducting international and scientific conferences, seminars, trainings, symposiums and exhibitions in order to improve the professional level and exchange scientific and methodological information. 7. expanding the system of contractual scientific research on the orders of economic entities, the municipal education system and creative unions; 8. developing networking with industrial enterprises and municipal management systems of Rybnitsa. 9. active developing and financial supporting of the scientific and technical development by employees, graduate students and students which have practical importance for regional projects. |
