CHARACTERISTICS OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES OF BACHELORS IN TRAINING PROGRAM 51.03.03 “SOCIO-CULTURAL ACTIVITIES” 
  
1.The field of professional activities of bachelors includes:
- implementation of the state cultural policy;
- implementation of socio-cultural management and marketing;
- organization of socio-cultural creativity in the field of leisure, recreation and tourism; carrying out cultural and educational and cultural work.

2. Objects of professional activities of bachelors:
- management systems of state institutions and non-governmental organizations, public associations of the socio-cultural sphere;
- processes of management and marketing of socio-cultural activities, recreational facilities and the leisure industry;
- processes of creative and production activities of cultural institutions and organizations;
- processes of artistic management of activities of cultural institutions;
- processes of producing and staging cultural and leisure programs and socio-cultural projects with the use of artistic and figurative means of expression;
- technologies of socio-cultural creativity and cultural and educational activities;
- technologies of socio-cultural animation and recreation; technologies of social rehabilitation using means of culture and art;
- processes of pedagogical support for organizing children’s and youth leisure, mass cultural and educational work with children, adolescents and youth;

4. Tasks of professional activities of bachelors
Creative and production activities:
- creation of cultural programs and socio-cultural events aimed at the creative development of children, adolescents and adults, the organization of free time of the population;
- participation in the development and implementation of socio-cultural technologies in cultural institutions, leisure and recreation industries;
- use of cultural heritage to meet the spiritual needs of various groups of the population in the process of cultural and educational activities;
- creating a favorable cultural environment, stimulating innovative movements in the socio-cultural sphere;
- ensuring the technological process of preparation and holding socio-cultural events (informational, exhibition, festive) in cultural institutions;
- staging cultural and leisure programs (informational and educational, artistic and journalistic, cultural and entertainment) based on an original scenario-director’s solution;
- conducting mass educational work and morale building activities;
- popularization of a healthy lifestyle;
- organization of socio-cultural creativity and developing recreational and entertainment leisure;
- socio-cultural support for people with physical disabilities, participation in activities for the socio-cultural adaptation of persons with socialization disorders and deviant behavior, assistance in the family upbringing of children.

Organizational and managerial activities:
- management of institutions, organizations and associations of the socio-cultural sphere, leisure and recreation industry;
- implementation of management and marketing in the field of socio-cultural activities, management of activities of cultural institutions;
- production of cultural and leisure programs, organization and holding of various forms of socio-cultural activities of the population (festivals, contests, shows, festivals, programs of socio-cultural animation and recreation, exhibitions).

Artistic and creative activities:
- artistic management of activities of a cultural institution: artistic management of a club institution, a park of culture and recreation, a scientific and methodological center, a leisure center and similar organizations;
- development of goals and priorities of creative and production activities of cultural institutions implementing socio-cultural technologies (cultural-educational, cultural-preservation, cultural-leisure, recreational);
- organization of activities of cultural institutions contributing to the cultural development of the population;
- promotion of cultural and educational work of institutions of supplementary education for children, general education institutions.

Scientific and methodological activities:
- informatization and scientific and methodological support of socio-cultural activities, provision of information and methodological services;
- sharing of the best practices of institutions of the socio-cultural sphere in the implementation of tasks of regional cultural policy, socio-cultural education of the population;
- development of new methods for organizing and managing institutions of the socio-cultural sphere, stimulating the socio-cultural activity of the population in the PMR;
         - creation and support of computer databases on forms of socio-cultural creativity, its participants and resources;
- participation in various forms of retraining and advanced training of organizers, team leaders, methodologists and teachers of disciplines of socio-cultural activities.

Project activities:
- participation in the development and justification of socio-cultural projects and programs;
- participation in the pedagogical design of innovative systems of socio-cultural creativity, recreation, organization of tourist leisure;
- participation in the examination of socio-cultural projects;
- providing consulting assistance on the development of innovative projects and programs in the socio-cultural sphere.

Pedagogical activity:
- teaching theoretical and practical disciplines of socio-cultural activities in the system of general education, secondary vocational education, supplementary education for children and adults and supplementary vocational education;
- providing a complete educational and methodological complex in the disciplines taught.
