Last January days the students of the Applied Information Science Chair experienced heebie-jeebies because of coming state examinations in the PSU named after T. Shevchenko, the branch in Rybnitsa.
The state examination is a summing up of everything that was studied, and also the test on readiness not just to become, but already to be the adult. The state examination is unambiguously heavy responsibility in life of each person, who has crossed a threshold of the Higher School.
During last five years the teachers of the AIS Chair gave the students not only scientific knowledge and skills, they taught them life culture. The students could daily rely on help and support of the teachers not only in the study process, but also on good vital advice. Collective work and rest allow to support the friendly relations between students and teachers. Remembrance of this time will always awake warm recollections in everyone, and throughout all life students will come with pleasure to their chair to see their tutors.
And here is the moment of truth; the examination seemed to last forever. Excitement, feelings, emotions were whipstitching! At last examination was passed, results were known, there were mutual congratulations, and students poured out in the street cheerfully. A couple of days for resting, and again in battle, the preparation of thesis projects was waiting, that would be a final chord in their difficult and interesting five-year sonata.
According to the examination results the students got the following state marks:
“5” - 10 people (41%)
“4” - 5 people (20%)
“3’ - 9 people (39%)
The grade point average is 4.
The answers of Frangu Matriona and Prudyus Marina were recognized to be the best ones.
