ADVANCED TRAINING COURSES FOR TEACHERS OF CHILDREN’S SCHOOLS OF ARTS
The educational and thematic plan of an additional professional educational program (professional development) for teachers of children’s schools of arts was developed in the Decorative and Applied Arts Chair, lecture and practical trainings on methodology of professional activity for the purpose of increasing the level of professional competences of teachers were organized.
Within the approved thematic plan of training and education technique on the fine arts, Senior Lecturer of the highest quality, the Excellent Worker of the PMR Education, Konevnikova Rimma, gave lectures: “The Founder of Art Education in Rybnitsa is Nikolai Broznitsky”, “Integration of School and Higher Education Institution upon Art Training of Specialists”, “Actual Problems of Art Education”, “Art Direction of a Lesson, Communication and Behavior of a Teacher” which caused a great interest in the touched issues and discussion of attendees. Filippova I., Lecturer of the DAA Chair gave a lecture on career guidance, which was given for teachers of fine arts.
Attendees acquainted with the main directions and profiles of the DAA chair, which includes information, fact-finding and propaganda work. Advantages, innovations and the future of the Design and Fine Arts Profiles were presented with the help of examples and creative works of our students and teachers. Thus, the attendees gained deeper impression about specialties that revealed deep interest to the profiles. We will hope that thanks to the general work of teachers of additional education and our teachers the number of entrants in the branch will increase.
