THE ARCHANGEL MICHAEL READINGS
On the 16th of November, 2012, the 7th international theoretical and practical conference, dedicated to the Day of our town was held on the basis of Rybnitskyi branch of PSU of T.G. Shevchenko in limits of carrying out the Archangel Michael readings.

The representatives of popular education of PMR and Russia, administration of town Rybnitsa and Rybnitskyi district, Tiraspolsko-Dubossarskyi eparchy, Orthodox Church, students and lecturers of Rybnitskyi branch of PSU took part in the work of the 7th international theoretical and practical conference.
Research workers of the Bryansk regional centre of new informational technologies ECNIT and departments ‘’KTS’’ of Bryansk STU took part in the work of the 7th international theoretical and practical conference ‘’ The Archangel Michael readings’’distantly.
The employees of Bryansk ECNIT organized webinar with the help of software package Adobe Connect in the course of the conference in limits of plenary meeting, this allowed the scientists of Bryansk STU to make a report directly from their workplaces in the university and to transmit the conference in the educational network of the university.
The working part of the conference began with the plenary meeting, at which guests of honour: Archimandrite Andrey Jaschishen, the rural dean of Rybnitskyi district, addressed to the participants in the name of the educated Savvy, the bishop of Tiraspol and Dubossary; the head of state administration of town Rybnitsa and Rybnitskyi district T.M. Turanskaya; the doctor of technical science, Honoured Science and Engineering worker of Russian Federation, vice-chancellor who deals with informational and international cooperation of BSTU V.I. Averchenkov; the director of Rybnitskyi branch of T.G. Shevchenko, Doctor of Philosophy addressed with words of welcome to the participants of the conference. After words of welcome the plenary reports, which aroused the interest of all participants of the conference, were heard
V.A.Shkaberin, the candidate of technical sciences, associate professor, deputy director of Bryansk ECNIT opened the plenary meeting and made a report on the theme ‘’ The experience of creation and usage of educational network as a technological platform for realization of scientifically – educational and international activity of Bryansk STU’’. In the report he examined the directions of development and usage of educational network as a technological platform for realization of scientific, educational and international activity in The State Technical University of Bryansk.
The archimandrite Andrej Jaschishen, the rural dean of Rybnitskyi district, mentioned in his report on the theme ‘’The proper way of life of a person in the modern world’’, that a person as a creation crown is created in the image of God and his likeness and that is why he must strive for his Prototype and fulfil his holy will. The archimandrite Andrej underlined that it is possible not to accept the laws of God, to live according to your own pattern and because of it the laws will not disappear. In the report there were brought up the questions concerning the ways a person must live on the earth, purport of life and ways of charging with it. Due to the examples from lives of saint of Russian Orthodox church, the rural dean of Rybnitskyi district could availably and logically make clear the simple trues, having mentioned that following them the mankind can enter into a new phase of development and our society will become a perfect one. In conclusion the archimandrite Andrej wished everyone to try to follow a narrow route – the route of abstinence, love and gentleness as far as possible.
V.P. Stepanov, the doctor of historical sciences, professor, vice-chancellor of scientific work of PSU of T.G. Shevchenko continued the report. He made a report on the theme ‘’Ethnocultural diversity of polyethnic Podnestrovja in the creativity of Russian authors of the 19th century’’.
A.Z. Hariton, the candidate of physical mathematical sciences, professor of Tiraspol branch of MAUP, in his report ‘’One more time about mathematical preparation of specialists with higher education’’, brought up the question about unsatisfactory preparation of school-leavers at the moment of entering the Tiraspol branch of MAUP for the last years, moreover he spoke about the necessity of inclusion all specialities of higher mathematics in the curriculum.
A.N. Pomelnikova, the candidate of philosophical sciences, associate professor of the State university of A. Russu, town Beltsy, told about ‘’ The quality of preparation of teachers and interpreters within the limits of the Bologna process’’. In the report she exposed the main goals of the development of the institute of higher education from the point of view of its entering into the world educational field, moreover she singled out the conceptual priorities of the development in the process of professional training of specialists with the knowledge of foreign languages.
S.P. Sokolovskaya, the teacher of higher category of MEE ‘’Gymnasium № 3 I.P. Kotljarovskyi in Bendery’’, in the report ‘’ Their names will remain in our memory’’ told about Mithrophone archpriest Leonid Paskar of the Saint – Transfiguration cathedral of town Bendery, who taking the risk of his personal life, stood in defence of his church and orthodox people, withstood 40 days of terrible July of 1992, showed on his personal example, what such words as true courage and heroism, firmness and belief in the Victory of your people mean.
After a brief break the work of the conference was continued at section meetings in four basic directions.
