MEETING THE GUESTS OF MOSCOW STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY
On December 6, 2013 in the PSU named after T. Shevchenko, the branch in Rybnitsa, the meeting with the guests of Moscow State Pedagogical University Podimova Lyudmila, EdD, professor, the assistant head of the pedagogics and psychology of professional education chair of MSPU and Borisova Nadezhda, candidate of pedagogical sciences, the associate professor of pedagogics and psychology of professional education chair of MPGU took place. There were students and the branch teachers at this meeting.
Borisova Nadezhda gave a lecture on the topiс “The Main Education Modernization Directions for the Purposes of “Strategy – 2020” in which she threw light upon the main directions and stages of education modernization in the Russian Federation.
Borisova Nadezhda noted that the main purpose of education modernization is the uniform platform creation combining former and new forms of education modernization, and the purpose of education modernization policy in the medium-term period is providing the competitive Russian Federation position among the world leaders in that field.
Then Podymova Lyudmila gave a lecture on the topic “The Forsythe of the Russian Education 2030”. She told about the key tendencies and technologies of the Russian education sphere and about what our education will nave been by 2030.
The lecturer emphasized that an employer today did not need an expert of encyclopedic knowledge; he needed employee who did not need to be learnt. In this regard there is such a concept as “an employee made to order”. Employers have to order employees for themselves for the future and they will be able to swing into action at once.
