UNIVERSITY DAY
On October 1the festive actions dated for the 84th anniversary from the university foundation date passed on the territory in front of the main building of the PSU, the branch in Rybnitsa.
For everyone, whose lives and destinies the university has united and unites, that day is a special holiday, an occasion to meet and celebrate the native alma mater’s birthday. The festive program included: the congratulation of the director, Associate Professor, Pavlinov I., the charitable fair-sale “The appeal of heart”, rewarding the winners of the competitions “Tutor of the Year” and “The Best Group” with Diplomas and the Cup in accordance with the results of 2013-2014 academic years and the gala concert prepared by students.
The Certificate of Honour and Cup of the winner in the competition “Tutor of the Year” was won by the teacher of the Foreign Languages Chair Zadobrivskaya O., the II place took the Senior Lecturer of the Applied Information Science Chair Skaletsky M., the III place was occupied by the Senior Lecturer of the Social and Economic Disciplines Chair Guk N.
The best groups are:
Course V, Specialty “German language with the additional specialty “English language” occupied Place I
Course II, Specialty “Applied Information Science in Economy” took Place II
Course V, Specialty “Organization Management” occupied Place III.
During the first charitable fair-sale within the universitywide program “Do Good”, 2 638 rubles were collected, they would go for carrying out the New Year’s performance in the Popenki Educational Orphanage. The Physics, Mathematics and Information Science Chair carried out the charitable balloon drawing for students “Attestation on the off chance”. Students who bought a balloon and found in it a note with the treasured word “freebie” were lucky.
The success of any Higher Education Institution in many respects depends on the collective unity. The interactions of a student with a teacher, communication in an informal situation on similar common holidays promote the corporate unity.
