FINAL RESEARCH CONFERENCE OF THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DISCIPLINES CHAIR
On January 27 the Social and Economic Disciplines Chair held the year end research conference. The conference was attended by 24 lecturers and representatives of Rybnitsa business structures.
The Chairman of the SED Chair, Melnichuk Lesya, Candidate of Sociological Sciences, Associate Professor, welcomed those present and attracted colleagues’ attention to the increased urgency of considered problems and stressed usefulness of the conference.
In the course of debate and discussion of the presented reports the PTS presented their vision of problems of economic and social nature which are urgent for the PMR. The section participants informed the audience about economical and social development trends of the PMR and stressed importance of their decisions and necessity of practical recommendations according to their settlement. In the report “Introduction of the credit-unit system for students studying in the direction of “Management” Senior Lecture Guck N. considered the main aspects of introducing the credit-unit system, described its main functions, revealed the concept of a unit and credit in the learning process and offered the sample scale of knowledge assessment in Discipline “Statistics” under the credit-unit system.
Senior Lecturer Kozma E. in her report “Personal and professional qualities of an effective manager” presented different perspectives on personal and professional qualities of effective management, considered Swedish, American, Japanese and Russian researches of sociologists on the topic of finding the most important qualities for a successful leader.
There were considered integration processes in the post Soviet space, dynamics of the Customs Union development in the report of Senior Lecturer Moldovsky Y. “Potential opportunities and prospects of realizing an idea of integration in the post Soviet space”. There were analyzed difficulties and obstacles upon forming public education unities, were estimated prospects for movement to contact of the CIS member states and interaction models.
There were considered necessary conditions for morning hygienic gymnastics in the report of Senior Lecture Shumilova I. “Influence of morning gymnastics on teenager’s health”. There were considered recommended general exercises for students of basic and special groups, and were analyzed the influence of morning exercises on physical and biological state of a student body.
