URGENT PROBLEMS OF MODERN SOCIOCULTURAL SPACE OF THE REGION
On April 7, 2021, the Department of General Scientific Disciplines held an annual student scientific and practical conference according to the results of research work (in a remote format on the ZOOM platform).
The conference was attended by internal and external study mode students of various training programs, students of secondary schools, teaching staff of the Department of General Scientific Disciplines.
The section was held in two areas of project work: “Social and cultural practice of the region” and “Rybnitsa during the Great Patriotic War”.
9 reports were heard on topics related to the urgent problems of the region social and cultural development: the formation of leisure culture for residents of different ages, a stable position in physical education, the regional component of the comprehensive study of the populated locality, the role of a language in the modern cultural and information space of Pridnestrovie.
Based on the results of the section meeting, the organizing committee, taking into account the criteria for evaluating research projects, distributed the prizes as follows:

I place - Natalia Panchenko, a 3rd-year student of the training program in “Social and Cultural Activity”. The subject of the report is “Formation of leisure culture among modern youth”. The scientific supervisor is Associate Professor Lozan T.A.
II place - Yulia Chekan, a 1st-year student of the training program in “Social and Cultural Activity”. The subject of the report is “The role of hobbies in person’s professional choice”. The scientific supervisor is Associate Professor Savvina L.I
III place - Anatoly Tadzhibaev, a 2nd–year student of the training program in “Social and Cultural Activity”. The subject of the report is “The Place of Pop Music in Contemporary Culture”. The scientific supervisor is Associate Professor Savvina L.I.

I place - Ilya Lozan, Anastasia Lozan (the 11th grade, Municipal Educational Institution “Rybnitsa Ukrainian Secondary School No. 1 with gymnasium classes named after Lesya Ukrainka”). The subject of the report is “The Ukrainian language in the modern cultural and informational space of Pridnestrovie”. The scientific supervisor is a teacher of the Ukrainian language and literature Lozan T.A.
II place - Elena Levchenko (the 11th grade, Municipal Educational Institution “Rybnitsa Ukrainian Secondary School No. 1 with gymnasium classes named after Lesya Ukrainka”). The subject of the report is “The image of the Motherland in the work by Pridnestrovian poets and writers”. The scientific supervisor is a teacher of the Ukrainian language and literature Lozan T.A.
III place - Olga Voznyuk (the 11th grade, Municipal Educational Institution “Rybnitsa Ukrainian Secondary School No. 1 with gymnasium classes named after Lesya Ukrainka”). The subject of the report is “Local history aspect of the comprehensive study of Erzhovo, the Rybnitsa district”. The scientific supervisor is a teacher of chemistry, biology, health and safety training course Leontieva A.M.
The students who were invited to the conference took an active part in the discussion of the presented reports. As a discussion result of the problems of the region social and cultural development , the conference participants came to the following conclusions:
- it is necessary to deeply rethink the social and cultural significance of leisure activities as an integral part of a single process of raising the culture of each individual and meeting the needs of all social and demographic groups of the population, regardless of their level of preparedness for active leisure activities;
- it is necessary to use effective methods and techniques to motivate students to engage in physical education and sports;
- the Ukrainian language has the status of an official language, but increasing its communicative power is impossible without active and conscious participation in this process of both state institutions and each citizen;
- historical memory as the basis for the cultural continuity of generations is called upon to be the basis of national culture and its values.
The speakers left a good impression, both in the process of free presentation of the prepared material, and upon answering the questions, demonstrating their identity, mastery of scientific research methods, predictive vision of the solution to the problem
