ANNUAL STUDENT SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE
On April 10, in the framework of the annual student scientific conference regarding the 2020 results of the Students’ Scientific Society’s research and scientific work, the Department of Decorative and Applied Arts held the meeting “Artistic and cultural environment in the context of Pridnestrovian North contemporary development”.
There were presented the reports related to the two areas in the focus of the department, these being project work, i.e. Graphic Design and pedagogical work, i.e. Art History and Research.
Art Research work aims at studying the architectural heritage in the north of Pridnestrovie, specifically in village Stroentsy, the Rybnitsa district, and in village Rashkovo, the Kamenca district. The reports dealing with project work were connected with social sphere and charity. The social one covered the design of bicycle rental companies in Pridnestrovie and the new phenomenon in service sphere, that is, the timeclub. The field of charity was represented by the non-profit organizations, homeless pet help centers, particularly the Rybnitsa center “Beliy Bim”. All scientific research works dealing with project work within the given area introduced examples of its realization and implementation which were centers and companies logos, created in graphic editors. Their use was professionally demonstrated.
Based on the results of the section work, top places were distributed as follows:
The 1st place got Abrash Anastasia, the subject of her report being Appeal for Generosity in the Logo of the Non-Profit Organization “Beliy Bim”. The scientific supervisor was Associate Professor Pokusinsky A.M.
The 2nd was taken by Repida Juliana, the subject of her report being Healthy Lifestyle Popularization in the logo of the Pridnestrovian company “VELOMAX”. The scientific supervisor was Senior Lecturer Pokusinskaya L.V.
The 3rd place was taken by Chebotar Elena, the subject of her report being Charity in the Logo of the Pridnerstrovian Pet Help Center “Beliy Bim”. The scientific supervisor was Senior Lecturer Pokusinskaya L.V.
Emets Alexey, the subject of his report being Open Space for the society to decide on the logo of “the Loft” timeclub in Rybnitsa. The scientific supervisor was Associate Professor Pokusinsky A.M.
The conference was held online, via the application ZOOM.
