The branch staff congratulate you on the completion of Bachelor’s and Master’s training programs and awarded qualifications. You have achieved an interim goal and now, hopefully, every one of you will fulfill one’s potential to your own benefit in a way that is valuable for the society. To serve one’s motherland is an honorable objective. At the same time, every single one of us has the active social life goal which is professional growth. We believe in you and in your doing your best to solve these problems.
