MASTER CLASSES AT THE DEPARTMENT OF THE GERMANIC LANGUAGES
On March 25, on the basis of the Department of the Germanic Languages and Methods of Their Teaching at the Rybnitsa branch of the PSU named after T.G. Shevchenko, there were some master classes for Rybnitsa schoolchildren.
They were on Practical Stylistics of the Russian language (the responsible moderator is Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Zadobrivscaia O.F.), Pedagogical Rhetoric (the responsible moderator is Senior Lecturer Solovyanova E.V.), the English language (the responsible moderator is Senior Lecturer Novitskaya N.P.).
These events were held within the framework of the XIth linguistic session of the municipal Center for Support and Development of Gifted Children “COURSE”.
The master classes touched on relevant topics for pupils and students. Thus, borrowed and archaic words, non-verbal means of communication, as well as digital technologies were considered. The teachers actively used various forms of work, involving all the participants of events in the process. Video presentations, audio and video materials were used while conducting master classes. The training material was demonstrated due to the Share screen and Whiteboard functions.
