STUDENT CONFERENCE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT
On April 1, 2022, the final scientific and practical student conference of the Department of Management according to the results of 2021 was held at the Zoom platform at the Department of Management. 5 participants of the conference made presentations
The head of the Department of Management, Associate Professor Dmitry Trach made a welcoming speech, summed up the results of scientific work for 2021, outlined the goals and objectives for the coming period.
The presentations were made by:
1. Belenchuk Alina. Product quality as a factor of competitiveness of an enterprise. The scientific supervisor is Senior Lecturer Kravchenko P.A.
The report presents a competitiveness analysis of products of the PMR dairy enterprises , such as LLC “Plemzhivagroelit”, LLC “Dinisall”, JSC “Tiraspol Dairy Plant”. A survey of consumers was conducted on several criteria of product quality, as well as packaging and prices. As a result of obtaining analytical information, recommendations were developed to improve the competitiveness of products for dairy enterprises.
2. Bulgak Vladislav. Profitability of an enterprise, its assessment and ways to improve. The scientific supervisor is Senior Lecturer Kozma E.S. The report presents theoretical aspects of profitability, analyzes the profitability of SRL “Amon-Trade”, and develops recommendations for improving the profitability of the analyzed enterprise.
3. Voitsekhovskaya Valeria. The financial bank condition. The scientific supervisor is Senior Lecturer Kravchenko P.A. The report analyzes the financial bank condition on the example of JSC “Agroprombank” according to some methods, provides recommendations for improving its financial condition.
4. Zarichnaya Valeria. Problems of small business development in a market economy. The scientific supervisor is Senior Lecturer Kravchenko P.A. The report presents some aspects of small business development in the PMR. Its characteristics and legislative criteria are given, the analysis of quantitative indicators of small business, namely, the number of small enterprises, the number of people employed in small business, etc., is carried out. Based on the data obtained, recommendations for improving the development of small business in the PMR are given.
5. Persiyanova Nicoletta. Demographic situation in the PMR. The scientific supervisor is Senior Lecturer Kozma E.S. The report examines demographic indicators of the State Statistics Service of the PMR for 2016-2020, draws conclusions about fertility, mortality and migration processes in the PMR and analyzes possible state policy measures to improve the demographic situation.
