MODERN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATION

On April 5, at the Department of Information Science and Software Engineering, students and schoolchildren presented the results of their researches in an interactive mode in the Zoom program within the subsection “Modern Information Technologies in Education” of the section “Information Technologies in a Digital Society” of the final scientific student conference according to the results of 2021.

In their works, the speakers examined the use of various information technologies in education: remote methods of professional orientation, multimedia technologies for the implementation of active learning methods, Google Colab cloud service, Web quest as a means of formative control, Mozaik software.

The participants of the subsection also presented the results of the e-course support, the content formation of an educational chatbot, the creation of an interactive poster on history, and noted the peculiarities of transformation of educational processes in the digital environment.

According to the results of the subsection work, the prizes were distributed as follows:
1. Among the students:
The 1st place was taken by Kostyuk Anastasia (I course, bachelor’s degree program, specialization “Information Science and Information Technologies in Education”) with the topic of the report “Remote methods of professional orientation” (the scientific supervisor is Nagaevskaya Natalia, teacher of the Department of Information Science and Software Engineering).
The 2nd place was taken by Chelyadnik Valeria (I course, bachelor’s degree program, specialization “Information Science and Information Technologies in Education”) with the topic of the report “Google Colab cloud service: features of use in the educational process” (the scientific supervisor is Stashkova Olga, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Information Science and Software Engineering).
The 3rd place was taken by Niholat Alexandra, Osipova Victoria and Ostinen Daria (I course, bachelor’s degree program, specialization “Software and Information Systems Development”) with the topic of the report “E-course support” (the scientific supervisor is Tyagulskaya Lyudmila, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Information Science and Software Engineering).

2. Among the pupils:
The 1st place was taken by Vakhrameeva Yulia, Kosenko Alina (11th grade, Rybnitsa Secondary School №

with the topic of the report “Content Formation of an educational chatbot” (the scientific supervisor is Shestopal Oksana, teacher of Information Science and ICT of the first category).

The 2nd place was taken by Verbetskaya Daria (9th grade, Rybnitsa Theoretical Lyceum Complex) with the topic of the report “Creating an interactive poster on history” (the scientific supervisor is Gerasimova Zoya, teacher of History and Social Studies of the first category).
The 3rd place was taken by Petrov Kirill (10th grade, Rybnitsa Theoretical Lyceum Complex) with the topic of the report “Peculiarities of transformation of educational processes in the digital environment (using the example of the Moodle platform)” (the scientific supervisor is Boldetskaya Irina, German teacher of the highest category) and Dovbush Nadezhda (11th grade, “Rybnitsa Ukrainian Secondary School № 1” with gymnasium classes named after Lesya Ukrainka”) with the topic of the report “Mozaik software: new approaches in teaching natural sciences” (the scientific supervisors are Leontieva Alevtina, biology and chemistry teacher; Melnik Natalia, teacher-organizer).
