FRESHMAN DEBUT
On September 30, 2022, on the basis of the Rybnitsa Youth Center, the rite of passage for freshmen of the Rybnitsa branch of the PSU named after T.G. Shevchenko was held.
The traditional amateur concert party of freshmen, dedicated to the anniversary of the university’s formation, was held this year under the name “Debut”. This event serves as a starting point for beginners where they can most clearly show and reveal their talents in vocalism, humor, dancing, working with videos and much more. And all this will undoubtedly come in handy for freshmen in the future.
The rite of passage is a long-awaited and exciting event for every newcomer, when learners get to know each other and plunge into the world of bright student’s life of the branch.
Undoubtedly, when participating in such events, students begin to overcome barriers in communication, learn each other closer, thanks to that the natural and rapid team building of the branch students takes place, a team is formed.
The official part of the event was opened by the director, Professor I.A. Pavlinov. Igor A. Pavlinov warmly congratulated the freshmen and wished them to achieve success in their studies and public life.
The guests of honor of the evening were Deputy of the Supreme Council of the PMR Y.E. Galak and Head of the Rybnitsa branch of the political party “Obnovlenie” N.V. Mamalyga congratulated young people on an important moment in their lives.
And then the most interesting and long-awaited performance began!
The presenters, Tatyana Grzhegozhevskaya and Artyom Kishmereshkin, managed to create a warm, friendly atmosphere in the hall, filling it with sparkling humor.
The speakers were very worried because they first took to the stage as students to show their talents. Songs, dances, miniatures about student’s life were presented to the jury and spectators.
At the heart of the plots of creative performances there is student’s life which cannot be boring. Students know how to distract from intense studies, have fun, joke and laugh at themselves.
Our freshmen passed all the ordeal of the rite of passage with dignity and honor.
The rite of passage was only the first stage in the student’s life of freshmen, and we wish them to sign off the term only with good and excellent marks, up to their graduation to be bright ones and achieve all the goals!
