OJSC MSW and the Rybnitsa branch of the Pridnestrovian State University named after T.G. Shevchenko are two parties of the educational process. The university is a manufacturer, and the enterprise is a consumer of specialists. Therefore, it is precisely that the degree of compliance of the quality of specialists’ training with the wishes of the employer, and, therefore, the demand for a university graduate in production depend on the effectiveness of feedback between them.
The interest of the enterprise and the university in cooperation is obvious, and there are many parties to contact and even the penetration of education and industry, in this regard, there is a need to create a special structure for their coordination, which can provide a favorable environment for solving many mutually interesting educational problems combining the financial resources of the enterprise and the intellectual potential of the university.
The interaction has expanded markedly in recent years. This was reflected in the change in the structure of the branch, the formation of the Corporate Training and Production Center, which has been successfully operating for 4 years.
