WATERCOLOUR AS A WAY OF CULTIVATING A CULTURE OF COLOR PERCEPTION
On March 08, 2023, a planned seminar was held on the topic “Watercolor as a way of cultivating a culture of color perception” in the Rybnitsa Art Gallery.
During the workshop, the following issues were considered:
- the significance of the oeuvre by Mosiychuk Igor P. in the heritage of Pridnestrovie;
- Igor P. Mosiychuk is a teacher, artist, People’s Artist of the PMR, head of the Department of Decorative and Applied Arts of the Rybnitsa branch of the Pridnestrovian State University named after T.G. Shevchenko, watercolorist of world importance.
In the welcoming speech by A.M. Pokusinsky, acting for Head of the Department of Decorative and Applied Arts wished the seminar participants fruitful and constructive work and further creative achievements. Alexey Pokusinsky noted that the exhibition dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Department of Decorative and Applied Arts of the Rybnitsa branch of PSU named after T.G. Shevchenko and the memory of People’s Artist of the PMR, head of the Department of Decorative and Applied Arts I.P. Mosiychuk is a kind of summing up.
