APPLIED URBAN STUDIES IN THE URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT
On December 11, a meeting of the student scientific association “Applied Urban Studies in the Urban Development and Improvement” was held at the Department of Automation of Technological Processes and Production.
At the meeting, students actively worked with the Smart Home layout, studying how technologies interact to ensure a comfortable and effective life. The emphasis has been on integrating different lighting, climate, safety and energy management systems. Students analyzed the principles of “smart” management and discussed how these concepts could be applied in urban construction and housing infrastructure.
The section dedicated to virtual aerobatics in the Aerofly RC7 program provided students with a unique opportunity to master the basics of unmanned vehicle control. Students acquired primary aerobatics skills, including altitude, turn and stabilization management. They also learned the basics of quadcopter software management and mastered the virtual space in the program.
