CONFERENCE OF THE TEACHING STAFF
On January 16, the final scientific and practical conference on the section “Transformation of basic processes of organizations in digitalization” was held at the Department of Applied Information Science in Economics, the teaching staff presented the results of research work for 2023.
One of the important aspects raised at the conference was transformation of human capital in the digital economy. Professor I.A. Pavlinov and Senior Lecturer I.I. Sycheva presented a target model describing strategies for the effective use of human resources in digitalization. Analyzing changes in requirements to employees in the digital transformation era, they offered approaches to forming teams that can successfully adapt to rapidly changing conditions.
In conclusion, the conference at the Department Applied Information Science in Economics provided an analysis of research in the field of digital transformation – from transformation of human capital and innovation in enterprises to introduction of digital technologies into regional business processes and education. Importantly, the studies provide not only an analysis of the current state, but also suggest strategies and recommendations for successfully adapting to the challenges of the digital age.
