CONFERENCE OF THE TEACHING STAFF
On January 17, the final scientific and practical conference of the teaching staff of the department based on the results of research work for 2023 was held at the Department of Management.
Head of the Department of Management, Associate Professor D.M. Trach made a welcoming speech, summed up the scientific work of the department for 2022, outlined the goals and objectives for the upcoming period.
The conference participants highlight the following conceptual provisions:
1. The problem of saving people is urgent and requires the development of an effective system for managing the quality of life of the population and regulating demographic processes.
2. The choice of an anti-crisis strategy for the development of Pridnestrovie, an enclave between large neighboring territories in which the interests of the EU are realized, involves the study of the factors and conditions that determine the real economic potential, the analysis of management challenges and restrictions, the possibilities of achieving a certain level of self-financing.
3. The modern realities of management in the education system require extraordinary management decisions in the field of education management.
4. The labor resources of the PMR need to develop thoughtful measures in the field of preserving and increasing human and labor resources of the region, as well as their qualitative transformation.
5. One of the promising ways to solve the social and economic problems of society is the use of public-private partnerships.
6. The demographic situation in the PMR requires thoughtful measures to increase the population and birth rate.
The publications of the department teaching staff contain the necessary results of the analysis of the economic situation, and they must be used in the regulation and operational management of the region economic development.
