ROUND TABLE
On February 2, as part of the Science Week, a university round table with the international participation “Digital Economy: Features of the Development of Metacompetencies of Organization Employees” was held at the Department of Applied Information Science in Economics. The moderator of the round table was Senior Lecturer of the Department of Applied Information Science in Economics Pavlinova E.I.
The round table touched upon topical issues of the formation and problems of the development of metacompetencies in the digital economy, the development of a competent approach and metacompetencies. The model of metacompetencies in the digital economy, the image and metacompetency of the employee of the future were considered. The invited guests touched upon the issues of cyber threats in the digital economy and business, and also touched upon some points of the legal basis for the use of modern technologies and the formation of metacompetencies.
All the round table participants expressed their desire to continue the format of the meeting and collaboration, continuing the discussion of topical issues. The topics of the messages addressed in the process of the round table relate to the realities, problems and prospects for the development of metacompetencies in the digital economy, the information society, information security in the digital economy and the training of specialists in the digital economy.
