The area of professional activity includes a set of technical means, methods and techniques of implementation of such processes as production, transmission, distribution, transformation, use and control of electrical energy streams; development, manufacture and quality control of elements, machines, devices, systems and components that implement the above processes.

The objects of professional activity of graduates are:
• power plants and substations;
• electric power systems and networks;
• power supply systems for cities, industrial enterprises, agriculture, transport systems and their facilities;
• high-voltage installations for various purposes, electrical insulating materials, structures and means of their diagnostics, lightning and surge protection systems, means of ensuring electromagnetic compatibility of equipment, high-voltage electrical technologies;
• relay protection and automation of electric power systems;
• power facilities, power plants and complexes based on renewable energy sources;
Types of professional activity tasks are:

15.03.02 “Technological Machines and Equipment”, the specialization in “Machines and Equipment of Industrial Enterprises”

The area of professional activity includes sections of science and technology containing a set of tools, techniques, methods and means of human activity aimed at creating competitive mechanical engineering products and based on the use of modern methods and means of design, calculation, mathematical, physical and computer modeling.

The objects of professional activity of graduates are:
• machines and equipment of various complexes and machine-building industries, technological equipment;
• technological equipment and means of mechanization and automation of technological processes in mechanical engineering, vacuum and compressor machines, hydraulic machines, hydraulic drives and hydro pneumatic automation;
• production technological processes, their development and mastering of new technologies;
• means of information, metrological, diagnostic and management support of technological systems to achieve the quality of manufactured products;
• normative and technical documentation, standardization and certification systems, methods and means of testing and quality control of mechanical engineering products.
Professional activities are:
- research;
- design and engineering;
- production and technological;
- organizational and managerial.
Upon completion of training, a graduate who has successfully passed the final state certification is awarded with the qualification of a “bachelor” in the relevant field of study.

Aims and Tasks
The main aims of the center are:
- comprehensive targeted training of specialists of different qualification levels based on close relationship with enterprises within the framework of programs, joint involvement of enterprise specialists, university teachers and the main educational training and production base of the center’s participants;
- meeting the needs of enterprises in the professional training of personnel to perform work on the appropriate qualifications;
- creation of the center conditions for the intellectual and general cultural development of the individual, the transformation of education into an important tool for regional development and harmonization of human relations;
- development of contractual relations of enterprises with the aim of further employment of graduates, obtaining financial, legal and methodological assistance from the business community.
The tasks of the Center are:
- organization of continuous multi-stage training of specialists;
- creation of comprehensive curricula and programs, coordination of scientific and pedagogical, educational and production activities of participants in contractual relations;
- joint creation and more effective use of the material, technical and production base of the educational institution, including for the organization of professional and industrial-practical training of specialists;
- creation of joint educational, industrial, commercial and other types of activities in the areas of training specialists taking into account the needs of the center and the national economy;
- advanced training and retraining of personnel to meet the needs of the republic in specialists;
- ensuring a faster and more effective response of the education system in the direction of the center to changes in the socio-economic and spiritual life of the republic.
