GETTING TO KNOW “REGULATIONS ABOUT THE JOB ASSIGNMENT OF YOUNG SPECIALISTS”
This year 103 students graduate from the PSU, the branch in Rybnitsa, who get the status of the young specialist. According to the job assignment schedule of graduates from March 11, 2014 to March 13, 2014 the Head Specialist-Lawyer Glushkov G., the Head Expert of HR Verby I. in the presence of group supervisors met graduates. It was organized for their getting to know “Regulations about the Job Assignment of Young Specialists”. After getting to know “Regulations” students had opportunity to ask questions about interesting points of the regulations which were given with the reasonable answers

MISTER OF THE BRANCH IN RYBNITSA
On February 25 on the basis of ME “Rybnitsa Youth Center” the traditional competition “Mr. of the Branch in Rybnitsa – 2014” dated to Defender’s Day took place. The competition was held for the aim to identify and support student’s creativity and to assist the development of new forms of youth leisure, to raise interest for public and cultural-popular activity of students.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF MODERN ARTISTIC EDUCATION
On February 13, 2014 the round table conference “Advantages and disadvantages of modern artistic education” was carried out at the Decorative and Applied Arts Chair. In the course of the round table conference work the teachers of the chair considered a set of actual questions, connected with the transition to new generation standard FSES-3.The question about organization and control of students’ self-directed studying under the transition conditions to FSES-3 was paid greatly. The question about the introduction of the modular rating system wasn’t of less importance, because it represents the combination of mutual activity of teachers and students organized in special studying process in order to master program material and improve the quality of specialists’ preparation most. During the round table conference work the chair teachers presented the project of the modular rating system at the decorative and applied arts chair.

ST. VALENTINE’S DAY
On February 14 St. Valentine’s Day took place in the PSU, the branch in Rybnitsa. It is known that valentines became the holiday symbols long time ago. The handmade valentines express feelings much better. Therefore, there was the competition named “Valentines with one’s own hands” in the branch.

On February, 10 the awarding of 14 Grateful Letters to parents of the first-year students who passed the first session with “excellent” marks took place in festive atmosphere in the scientific library of the branch.

THE STATE EXAM OF THE STUDENTS OF SES
On January, 30 and February, 1 the students, Course V, Specialty “Organization Management” successfully passed the State examination. The chairman of the State Certification Commission was Kazakov Yury, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of CTS BSTU in Bryansk, marked good preparation of students for the examination.

SCIENCE DAY
The event dedicated to Science Day took place on February, 7. Each chair displayed its scientific achievements which could be successfully applied in practical activities of the city and republic enterprises or institutions. They are applied programs for activity automation of economic entities, hardware-software complexes with remote control, methodical editions and many other things.
