Round table conference at the Chair of Physics, Mathematics and Information Science
On November 5 the Chair of Physics, Mathematics and Information Science of the PSU, the branch in Rybnitsa, held the round table conference on the topic “Training of school leavers for the Informational Technologies discipline entrance examination”.
The following issues were covered during the discussion:
- The organization of town science contests; analysis of the contest tasks
- The Unified State Exam as an impartial knowledge assessment: positive and negative traits of the USE; its results in our region, analysis of preparatory web-sites and tasks available there
- Test as an optimal assessment of the candidate to study at the higher education institution; results of taking the entrance tests in our region and analysis of their tasks. Representatives of educational authorities, school teachers and university professors took part in the discussion.
