Studying Combinatorics and Probability Theory at secondary school

On November 5 the Chair of Physics, Mathematics and Information science organized the seminar on the topic “Studying Combinatorics and Probability Theory at secondary school”. The department staff took part in the discussion along with math teachers of the town and district schools. The problems of stochastic and probability theory were covered. Basic solution methods of tasks based on the probability theory were reviewed. They cause difficulties in taking the USE.
