MASS INFORMATIONAL PROCESSES IN STUDENT’S SCIENTIFIC RESEARCHES
On May 27, at 10:00, the third international multidialogue videoconference “Mass information processes in student’s scientific researches” took place in the PSU named after T. Shevchenko, the branch in Rybnitsa.
The students of Rybnitsa, Bendery, Bryansk and Kiev took part in the work. The director of the PSU named after T. Shevchenko in Rybnitsa, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Assistant Professor Pavlinov I. and Candidate of Technical Sciences, Assistant Professor, the department head of research work organization of student’s, post-graduate students and young scientists of the State Technical University in Bryansk (BSTU) Golembiovskaya O. opened the videoconference.
After the introductory speech and welcoming the audience Krivonozhenkov Gleb, the student of Course IV, Information Technology Faculty of the State Technical University in Bryansk, was the first to present his research. Gleb investigated the influence of information technologies development on the communicative features of society, namely the change in the Russian language. The stages of changing the Russian language and the impact of computer dialect distribution were presented.
The team “Men in Red” of the Economic Faculty, the International Economy and Marketing Chair of the National University named after Т. Shevchenko in Kiev continued the performance. The creative development of an advertising campaign for the application “Virtual Wardrobe” was presented in Kiev from February till May 2014. “Virtual Wardrobe” is the software which is installed in a mobile phone in the form of applications. You need any photographing device to start work with the program in order to transfer images of wardrobe things to the phone. Your unique things are transferred to a virtual wardrobe and after setting necessary parameters the program will combine images depending on a season, weather, occasion and style. This program will give an opportunity to look stylish without spending much time and nerves.
The report of the student, Patlaty Dmitry, Course V, the PSU named after T. Shevchenko, the branch in Rybnitsa, caused a great interest. Dmitry examined the problems of the administration of a large number of computers and possibilities of their solution. The reporter modified TFTPD32 program in his research. The given project allows to simplify the system manager work and to reduce time spent for local networks support and their administration. The options of loading images of other utilities and installation of the operating system of Linux-Ubuntu community are planned to be realized in the course of further developing.
Tsertseil Artem, the student of Course III, Specialty “Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation” (HGSV) BPB of the PSU named after T. Shevchenko, made the report on the topic “Determination of the Poisson’s ratio by an experiment”. The research of various metals for tension and compression, which was conducted last year, continued this year in order to determine the Poisson’s ratio. Samples of steel, copper and bronze were used for testing. The constancy of relations of cross-section deformation to longitudinal one under axial tension (compression) was experimentally proved. The obtained results were close to the reference materials.
At the end of the videoconference Skodorova L., Candidate of Social Sciences, Assistant Professor, Head Assistant for Scientific Work of the PSU named after T. Shevchenko thanked all the participants for the interesting, informative reports, noted the importance of sharing experiences between the participants of scientific research work and looked forward to further fruitful cooperation between high schools of Russia, Ukraine and Pridnestrovie.
