MERRY CHRISTMAS
On December 18, 2014 there was an event “Merry Christmas” in distance linguistic school.
On December 18, 2014 there was an event “Merry Christmas” in distance linguistic school. DLS listeners, pupils of Form 10 and 11 of Rybnitsa secondary schools, DLS heads and coordinators took part in it. The holiday welcome guest was Santa Claus, who was actively helped by the students of the Foreign Languages Chair: Karpova Aliona and Lari Ludmila. The event program was of educational, informative and entertaining character. The purpose of that event was further increase of pupils’ motivation to learn English. There were interactive, collective and group forms of work. During the work listeners were presented with a variety of tasks: puzzles, riddles, charades. The most interesting task that caused a creative impulse, was writing a letter to Santa Claus. Listeners worked in teams that helped create competitiveness and ensure a communicative motivation. Members of all the teams received a lot of positive emotions and showed a good level of the foreign language.
