MISTER BRANCH – 2015
On February 26, 2015 the long-awaited competition “Mister Branch – 2015” took part, the most attractive, smart, creative and noble guys from the five branch chairs participated to determine which one was the best!
Students have been proving with strong obstinacy for the third year that not only the smartest but also the most talented guys study at the PSU, the branch in Rybnitsa. The spectacular show, positive emotions, lively recollections and an opportunity for students to demonstrate their abilities and skills, here are components of the last competition!
The whole evening the participants were demonstrating their talents and thorough preparation on the theme “Oh fashion, fashion, fashion...”. During the calling card stage “Let’s be acquainted” spectators could observe the fashion evolution from loincloths to modern contemporary technology.
The talent competition was especially interesting, where a rock composition, good old rock-n-roll, a dramatization of the beloved film “Love and doves” fluently flowing into a lively dance, a poem by Rudyard Kipling, read in English, and extravagant Verka Serduchka were presented to the audience.
Intellectual quiz “From the mouths of babes” videos of which were filmed in advance at one of the city’s schools did not leave the audience indifferent. The participants were shown a video in which children tried to explain the meaning of words very touching, and the participants had to guess what word was discussed.
The competition culmination was the final defile in a business suit. The audience burst into applause, emotions were at the breaking point, it was felt that each fan group wanted their participant to be the winner. The exciting competition atmosphere penetrated into every corner of the welcoming hall “Rybnitsa Youth Centre”.
The jury, which was traditionally presented by the fair sex of the branch chairs, was in a very difficult situation when grading and determining the winners in the nominations. Of course, indeed each member is talented in his own way! The winner of the competition was Glimbovsky Denis, the student of Course III, Profile “Development of Software and Information System”. We congratulate him with all heart and wish him success in everything!
The 1st Vice-mister is Gutsul Sergei (Course I, Profile “Applied Information Science in Economics”).
The 2nd Vice-mister is Roman Petrov (Course I, Profile “Organization Management”).
Mister “Inventiveness” is Ivan Larin (Course I, Profile “Design”).
Mister “Erudition” is Tur Sergei (Course I, Profile “English Language” with an additional profile “German Language”).
We thank all the participants who have proved themselves worthy in all competition trials. You are true heroes!
