HOMECOMING
Last February Friday the PSU, the branch in Rybnitsa, was lost in memories of the past student life years which had left warmth in graduates’ hearts. That evening more than seventy graduates gathered in the home university.
On February 27 at the PSU, the branch in Rybnitsa, there was homecoming. That tradition originated in the circle of graduates, who had been annually meeting in the alma mater for many years. This is the evening of recollections of the first examination period, the first student love and that makes student years the most interesting time of our lives. Graduates of different years were able to see again each other and their lecturers.
The branch Director, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Ludmila Tyagulskaya greeted graduates, told them about changes and prospects of the branch development, noted the importance of the event in the branch policy to establish a community of lecturers, students and graduates to solve problems in various fields of activity.
After a warm welcome of the administration, the chairman of the “Club of Graduates”, the chairmen guests were waited with the concert program prepared by the branch students, videos with lots of pictures of different years prepared by chair members.
In the course of an open mike graduates expressed their wishes to the branch and lecturers, they shared with their memories of favorite subjects, lecturers, curators.
The life at the university that evening was seething with graduates’ emotional conversations about their student life. After the official part graduates gathered in separate rooms, they were lost in memories of the past academic years, which had left the warmest mark in students’ hearts who had taken high school PSU.
