CERTIFICATE DELIVERY CEREMONY TO GRADUATES OF 2015
On July 10 in the city Palace of Culture there was a solemn certificate delivery ceremony to 116 graduates of 2015 of the PSU, the branch in Rybnitsa. Five years of study, state exams, defense of thesis research projects are behind, and the beginning of professional realization of certified specialists lies ahead.
The State Administration Head of Rybnitsa and the Rybnitsa district Alla Demiyanova, the Deputy of Council of People’s Deputies of Rybnitsa and the Rybnitsa district, the Vice-Chairman of the Education and Culture Commission Ivan Vasilovsky and the Director of the Rybnitsa branch, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Tyagulskaya Lyudmila the audience, approached with the best regards to young specialists and handed honors degrees to 34 best graduates.
In return graduates expressed special gratitude to the branch staff for quality education and sincere attitude throughout the entire period of education.
Many warm words were addressed to graduates by the chairmen, guests and parents. The best branch graduates were awarded with diplomas for active participation in educational, research, public and sports work.
The action, except an official part, included the concert program prepared by students and children’s dancing groups of the city.
