LETTER OF GRATITUDE
On November 19, 2021 on the eve of the 393rd anniversary of Rybnitsa city foundation, the Deputy Head of the State Administration of the Rybnica district and Rybnitsa, Y.P. Moldovsky, on behalf of the head of the city and the Council of People’s Deputies Chairman, presented a Letter of Gratitude to Zhenskaya Karolina, a third year-student of the Rybnitsa branch of the PSU named after T.G. Shevchenko specializing in “Informatics and Information Technologies in Education” for personal contribution to the development of the volunteer movement in the PMR and participation in carrying out socially important measures for COVID-19 prevention. Karolina has been providing voluntary assistance to the central city market vaccination centre since it was opened.
