Youth in science of the XXIst century
On February 04, 2022, as part of the Science Week, a round table of the Council of Young Scientists on the topic “Youth in science of the XXIst century” was held.
Within the framework of the round table, 5 reports were heard:
1. Teaching a foreign language in the era of digitalization (Zadobrivscaia O.F., Candidate of Philology, Associate Professor of the Department of the German Languages and Their Teaching Methods).
2. The impact of digitalization on the formation of human capital and staff training (Sycheva I.I., Senior Lecturer of the Department of Applied Information Science in Economics).
3. Determination of the manager’s style according to the Blake-Mouton method (Terlyuga I.M., Lecturer of the Department of Applied Information Science in Economics).
4. Project activity in the career guidance work of the university (Nagaevskaya N.V., Lecturer of the Department of Information Science and Software Engineering).
5. The need to form a new strategy of pedagogical knowledge under conditions of technogenic transformation of the world and life (Kolesnik T.A., Lecturer of the Department of Automation of
Technological Processes and Productions).
The participants’ reports raised topical issues of pedagogy and teaching methods at the present stage of their development, as well as economics and philosophy. In addition, the participants exchanged advanced knowledge in these scientific fields, shared their experience, and suggested their own ways to solve the problems discussed.
The round table participants noted the importance of using modern pedagogical technologies in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the educational process in secondary school, in connection with which they pointed out the need to organize scientific events on this topic in the future.
