TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS
Human resources are the main resource for ensuring a sustainable and high-quality production process.
In the corporate training and production center of the Rybnitsa branch of the PSU named after T.G. Shevchenko, together with the Moldova Steel Works OJSC and RCC CJSC, specialists are being trained in the following areas: “Technological machines and equipment”, “Electric power supply and electrical engineering”. The training includes theoretical preparation and implementation of practical projects on the basis of the branch, the Training Center and the Moldova Steel Works production with the involvement of the teaching staff of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology (in the recent past, the National Metallurgical Academy of the Ukraine).
