HEARINGS ON THE LOCAL BUDGET DRAFT OF RYBNITSA
On January 28, 2023, public hearings were held in Rybnitsa on the local budget draft of Rybnitsa and the Rybnitsa district for 2023. The event took place online.
As an expert group, employees of the Department of Applied Information Science in Economics of the Rybnitsa branch of the PSU named after T.G. Shevchenko were invited. The work was attended by the head of the state administration, deputies, representatives of enterprises and institutions, public organizations, residents of the city and the district. In 2023, the budget plans to allocate benefits in the amount of 50% for citizens to pay for housing and communal services. Funds are also provided for the provision of budget loans to young families, young rural specialists, peasant farms, as well as legal entities that are engaged in crop production or animal husbandry. Funds are also provided for concessional lending to widows of defenders of the PMR.
Special attention was paid to the planning of municipal programs. Among them there are environmental and road funds, a program for maintaining a housing fund, objects of the social and cultural sphere and landscaping, a program for overhaul, execution of electorate orders, a fund for supporting the territories of cities and districts.
