CHALLENGES AND RISKS OF TECHNOLOGY TRANSFORMATION IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY
On May 30, 2023, a university conference with international participation was held at the Rybnytsa branch at the Department of Applied Information Science in Economics. It was dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Rybnytsa branch of PSU named after T.G. Shevchenko, under the general theme “Problems and Risks of Technology Transformation in the Digital Economy”.
The conference was attended by teachers and students of the department and branch, representatives of FGFEI HE “Saratov State Legal Academy”, the company “Rich Outsourcing”, the branch of CJSC “APB” in Rybnitsa, the city administration.
At the conference, 14 reports were announced on general issues of problems and uncertainties that arise in connection with digitalization of the social and economic environment. The following thematic areas were considered:
• Risks and uncertainties of digital transformation of the business environment, higher education, e-government;
• Nihilism and idealism, information security of digitalization processes;
• Challenges in managing and directing solutions to risks and uncertainties of the digital environment;
• Legal aspects of the modern social and economic system.
In general, following the results of the conference, further directions for studying urgent problems and ways to solve them were determined.
